Good for Wolf, bad for Sophie. He's been eating real good, about 1/2oz each feeding. Sophie is eating a couple licks and that's it. She is really not digging this But I keep trying. And, of course, it's going great for Princess.

I was looking through all of the switching forums, and it seems Sophie is the most stubborn! LOL She is behind all of the others...little stinker.

Pushing her and being persistent is the best thing you can do for her. Our stubborning her is the only way we are going to get her on raw. But once she's on raw you are going to feed so accomplished so keep up the good work Also, I wouldnt even care where you compare at. This is your switching thread. Each thread is different and go at different paces.

Wolf is eating between 1/4 and 1/2 ounce, three times a day. Still will not eat from anything but the spoon. I keep the spoon over the dish while I'm feeding him so he knows it's ok.

Also, something I need you to start doing is a log. A daily log with each ferret Here's how I would like it to be structured: Wolf AM meal: amount: PM meal: amount: Comments: Sophie Am meal: amount: PM meal: amount: Comments:

Just wanted to let you know, I am making some dehydrated chicken that I found the recipe on the forum. I am hoping Wolf likes this to replace the NBone.
Would you like for me to submit my log daily or weekly?

Sorry, been busy with wedding planning and haven't gotten a chance to come on here. Wolf ate 1/4 oz soupies both times during the day. Sophie has refused it for two days even tried dabbing it on her face and she just wipes it on the carpet

I will put it in the other format tomorrow. Also, Wolf does not like the dehydrated chicken. Princess does though

I will put it in the other format tomorrow. Also, Wolf does not like the dehydrated chicken. Princess does though If you want you can get a piece of chicken thigh like pinky nail size and pop it into Sophie's mouth and see what she does. With Wolf as he's been eating from the spoon try lowering it to the plate where the soup is and keep the spoon full. Once he is eating it like that romive the spoon. So it's discreet enough and he starts eating from the plate

@ferretlove1987 hey just checking in! Haven't heard from you in a while. I am posting the rules of the switch just so you know. We aren't out of the soup stage so I need you to be posting more please!
You are required to post every second day during the "soup" stage of the transition. From the "sliver" stage, through to large chunks, you will be required to post a minimum of every 3 days. Once you hit the large chunks, once a week will be acceptable. If you wish to post into your thread more often, that will be MORE than welcome The above are simply the minimum requirements so we can help with sticky spots, and not have to "catch up" to where you are presently at. Failure to post as required will result in your switch coming to a standstill and will result in two warnings before being dropped from the mentoring program. If something comes up, and you need to be away, please contact your mentor letting her know how long you will be absent.

Princess is all switched to raw. If she eats kibble, she throws up. She just started heat today, so she is annoying me. Her appointment for spay is in two weeks, had to bump it up because I'm not dealing with this again because it was scheduled for a month from now. She has been eating all different types of meats/organs. No problems. Sophie has her doctor appointment next week.

Her appointment for spay is in two weeks, had to bump it up because I'm not dealing with this again because it was scheduled for a month from now. She has been eating all different types of meats/organs. No problems. Sophie has her doctor appointment next week. Sun AM: organ meal (½ liver, ½ other organ) Sun PM: edible bone-in meat Mon AM: muscle meal Mon PM: edible bone-in meat Tues AM: heart Tues PM: edible bone-in meat Wed AM: muscle meat Wed PM: edible bone-in meat Thur AM: heart and organ (½ liver, ½ other organ) Thur PM: edible bone-in meat Fri AM: muscle meal Fri PM: edible bone-in meat Sat AM: muscle meat Sat PM: edible bone-in meat So this is the menu I want princess on. I have so far made the menu with just 7 bone in meals. Remember cats are okay between 5 and 7 bone in meals. If you kitty becomes constipated then you can do less bone in meals. You can bring it down to 5 or 6 depending on how well she is doing. So Sophie is not taking soup?
