Todays log-
This morning I fed Juliet first, she got chicken breast soupy mixed with chicken thigh soupy, it was 0.5 oz of thigh soupy and 1.9 oz of breast soupy. She ate 1.2 oz of the soupy, she wasn't very hungry and I wasn't going to make her eat a lot. I sat in the floor with her and spoon fed her, she tried to get away a few times like usual but I held her in place. I only needed a drop of two of ferretone in the first spoonful, and the rest was soupy.
Then I fed Caillou 2nd this morning, he got chicken thigh mixed with chicken breast soupy. He got 1 0z of thigh soupy with 1.5 oz of breast soupy. He ate all 2.5 oz fairly well, he didn't want the last spoonful but he ate it. I only needed a tiny drop of salmon oil in the first spoonful, rest was plain soupy.
Tonight I fed Juliet first, I had to make a new batch of soup and I didn't have enough heart to make the breast soupy and the thigh soupy so I just made the chicken breast soup, I'm buying more hearts to make the thigh soup so I can mix it in though. I made the consistency of the new batch quite a bit thicker, it wasn't watery but it wasn't pasty, think a little thinner than mashed potatoes, it was thick but it moved. It also had some chunks in it that the blender didn't get, they seem to be more willing to eat chunks that the blender doesn't cut up rather than the chunks I cut up and put in there.
Juliet ate 1.5 oz of the chicken breast soupy, she ate 1-2 chunks of meat that was in there, hesitantly. She wasn't a big fan of the thicker soup, it took her like 5 minutes to eat 1 spoonful, she kept squinting her eyes and acting like I was giving her cement, but after a little while she was eating it much faster. I had to use 1 drop of ferretone, rest was plain soup.
Then tonight I fed Caillou, he got the same chicken breast soupy and he ate 2.0 oz, his had more chunks in it. He ate it slower because it was so much thicker, but I think after a few spoonfuls he enjoyed it. He also ate 3-4 slivers that the blender left, he chewed them fairly well, he spit one out a few times before he ate it. He only needed a little drop of salmon oil to get started on the first spoonful.
Today Juliet ate 2.7 oz of soupy Today Caillou ate 4.5 oz of soupy
They are starting to get very soft and fluffy, Caillou is so fat, it's so adorable. I'm posting their weight and progress pictures in an edit on Saturdays post, I forgot to post them but they were taken and weighed then.

Todays log-
This morning I fed Jules first, she ate 1.5 oz of the chicken breast soupy, it was kind of chunky because I didn't run it through the blender before I gave it to her, but she ate it. She got 1-2 drops of ferretone in the first spoonful. I sat in the floor and spoonfed her all of it.
This morning I fed Caillou 2nd, he ate 2 oz of the same soupy, I sat in the floor and spoon fed him also. He got no salmon oil at all.
Tonight I fed Jules first, she ate 2 oz of the same soup she got this morning, I sat in the floor and spoon fed her. She wasn't too happy about how chunky it was but she ate all of it.
Tonight I fed Cai 2nd, he got the same soupy as this morning, but he only ate 1 oz of it. I gave him a little salmon oil because I felt bad for him since his mouth is throbbing and he sees the Vet tomorrow. I sat in the floor and spoon fed him.
Litter box is as normal as it can be, green and brown and runny, except for one stool that was light and formed.
Today Juliet ate 3.5 oz of soupy Today Caillou ate 3.0 oz of soupy

She wasn't happy about the last bit, but she's learning that she has to finish her food.

They are both doing so well. Caillou ate quite well, considering his little toothies hurt. Keep reducing the amount of oil. Too much isn't good for them and keep thickening the soup. Try to sneak some slivers in. I know they aren't crazy about them, but the thick soup will help hide the slivers. It may take a little longer to get the slivers in them, but they are both doing well. They haven't had any oil in their soup since Tuesday. When I went to the Vet with Caillou yesterday I got 3 comments on how healthy he looks. Two of them was from two different Vet techs who said that he looked very healthy, and the other was from my Vet who said he had very soft fur and had gained weight and seemed quite healthy. And it hasn't even been 2 weeks since the switch. Raw does miracles! Haha. I forgot to post their food log for yesterday so here it is- 9-10-14, I fed Juliet first in the morning, the same soupy they've been getting, she ate 2 oz very well, she ate on her own most of it, I barely spoon fed her, and she got no ferretone... though I will shamefully admit to giving her a tiny drop when she was done eating.. it's become a habit, I've been giving just 1-2 itty bitty drops after she eats. Hehe I can't help it. Then I fed Caillou, he also ate 2 oz, most on his own, and ate a couple slivers in there that my blender missed. He had no salmon oil at all. That night I fed Caillou first, he ate 1.5 oz (was 2 oz but I split some of it.. oops), he only ate 1 spoonful then sat and ate the rest by himself, he licked the bowl clean. No salmon oil in his soup, but he got some because I mixed it with his meds. Then I fed Jules, she ate 2.0 oz of soupy, she ate really good, I didn't spoon feed at all, she ate all on her own with no ferretone at all. Sat in the floor with her in my lap and she licked the bowl clean. Juliet ate 4 oz Caillou ate 3.5 oz On 9-10-14

That's really good. Juliet is eating really really well for a female. Caillou is eating super good for a little guy with a sore mouth.
That's great news about the Oil. I bet Juliet especially loves having you sit with her.
How's the chewing doing today?

No chewing at all today. Not since last night, he bit on his denim a little last night but that's it. I even had him out for about 1 hour and he didn't chew on anything. I have a little blanket in his cage now, I am watching him like a hawk, my eyes are glued to him, making sure he doesn't chew it. Going to take it out tonight for bed time, but I put it in there so I could wash the denim. On another note- I'm freaking out, completely freaking out. I have Cai and Jules cage separated to see which one is pooping what, and Juliet just had a stool and I took a picture- But a few hours ago she pooped this, and I know it was her for sure- I'm waiting for Cai to go so I can see what his looks like, but they're all weird and changing and it's scaring me. I know their poops are weird with raw diet but is this normal? I don't think bright green is normal... and I forget what seedy means, isn't it undigested fat? The only thing that has changed with her diet is I made her soupy thicker, I just added less water than usual. Same exact ingredients, same chicken, haven't bought anything new.. wait, except I bought new chicken hearts when I made their soupy yesterday, but it was from the same store, the same brand, same everything. She's had ferretone and salmon oil yesterday and today (tiny bit) and I forgot the eggshell powder when I made the soup so I've been putting a little bit in their soupy. But I don't think that could be it. She hasn't chewed on anything, she never chews. She's been acting normal, I mean she has been pretty lethargic but she's been like that for a few weeks because of her adrenal. Before these poops they have been dark brown with just a little green and runny. I literally just took one fert to the Vet yesterday... kidding me, I've got another (possible) sicky.. no, no no. Agh :pullhair:

The latest poop, I'm %90 sure it was Caillou, but there is a possibility it is Juliet's because I wasn't there. Though Juliet had pooped just 1-2 hours before, and they only go every 5-6 hours I think

Log for today-
This morning I fed Juliet first. She ate 2. oz of the same soupy she's been getting. No ferretone, she ate very well. I sat in the floor with her and spoon fed her a little bit.
This morning I fed Caillou second, I gave him his ZydaClin first and immediately gave him his soup, he devoured it, probably getting the meds taste out. He didn't have salmon oil in his soup, but he did get salmon oil mixed with his meds.
Tonight I fed Juliet first. She ate 1.5 oz, would have eaten more but the baggie of soup ripped and I lost 0.5 oz of it. She ate it all on her own, acted like she wanted more. I had her in the floor but I sat her beside me and let her eat out of the bowl. No ferretone.
Tonight I fed Caillou second, after I gave him his meds. He ate 1.5 oz, also less because him and Jules was in the same bag. He ate it faster than he has ever eaten before, he was licking the bowl clean, I would've given him more but then I wouldn't have enough to feed them in the morning, and I can't make more soup because I don't have any heart (buying some tomorrow). He didn't get salmon oil in the soup but he got it with his meds.
Juliet has been lethargic lately, assumably from her Adrenal. Caillou has been lethargic lately, assumably from his gingivitis and new meds and such,
Juliet ate 3.5 oz of soupy today Caillou ate 3.5 oz of soupy today

So this morning I woke up to see what looks like undigested piles of soupy all over Juliet's cage. On her shelf, in front of the litter box, on her blankets, hammock, everywhere. I'm not sure what it is, if it's stool or vomit. This morning she acted normal, she wasn't too hungry she ate 1 oz of soupy, I wasn't going to make her eat any more than she wanted. When I looked in her litter box there was a fairly large stool, dark brown and light brown and kind of runny. The only thing I changed in her soup was more eggshell powder (3/4 tsp) and it was thicker. Last night she ate I think 2.0 oz of it.
Since this morning she has had a couple normal stools (like they have been, small and dark brown and a touch of green) and she's just been sleeping, like usual. I haven't been home much so I haven't watched her a lot but from what I can tell she's acting fine. I took pictures of the vomit or stool or whatever it is, I wasn't sure if I should upload them or not? I'm kind of worried about her, I've never seen any of mine do this before.

Go ahead and upload them. Unless she spilled the soupie, it's diarrhea or vomit. Could she have spilled the soup?

There was none left in her cage, I don't leave the bowl in there, she finished what I gave her last night so there was none left. The only ferretone she got was an itty bitty tiny drop after eating her soup, I was proud because she finished it so I let her lick a little drop off the lid of it, but none was mixed with her soupy, hasn't been for several days. Give me a little bit to upload the pictures, I have to email them to myself and download them onto my laptop then upload them to photobucket then get the links onto here, so it takes a little bit. I'll also upload the picture of her stool this morning.

I wouldn't worry too much, like katt said, you will get some strange stools for awhile. She could have eaten too fast and vomited. I'll wait for your pictures and keep an eye out for any Senior ferrents to pop online.
