Some days, she just might have an off day and not feel like eating much. That's why your documenting what she eats, will help. You can see her pattern and also see if her food intake drops off. Try going backward a touch, cut her chunks smaller.

Don't be discouraged. This process is usually two steps forward, one step back... and sometimes one step forward, two steps back. She'll get there! Agree Don't give up! Oh, and sharp knives and kitchen shears

I bought some gizzard.... Can I chop that up or will it be too tough?

Gizzard is pretty tough, but it won't hurt to try it. Who knows.. she may love it. My kids adore their gizzards and will happily sit in a corner and munch on them.

Gizzards are everyone's favorite here. The boys will eat them whole, the girls are dainty and like theirs, sliced thin lengthwise. Gizzards are great for teeth cleaning!

I had a small piece of pork bone that I cut off and I kind of just stuck it in her mouth. She froze and then spit it out in the corner lol. I don't think she knew what to do with it.

Did Evanna like the gizzards?

I sliced them up really thin and she ate them alright. She eats stuff a little better if I kind of dangle it above her nose.

Great! Its good to know those little tricks. My Wynstan loves it, when I turn the water on and "rinse" a piece of meat, under the water. Who knows how their little minds work...but, they're just so darn cute.
