Not a food update, but Evanna got a DES implant today. The vet says she's about 4 and very healthy other than her swollen vulva. I had a really great experience with the vet she was super sweet and LOVED Evanna! She also supports a raw diet which is nice if anyone needs a vet in the Austin, TX arean then I definitely recommend Griffiths Animal Hospital.

Evanna is so lucky to have a mummy now that looks out for her without hesitation

Thank you, but my grandma helped out a lot. I don't know where I'd even be without her. We both couldn't to see anything happen to Evanna.

She seems have settled into eating two oz. It's hard to get her to eat more, actually it's hard just to get her to eat that haha. She is not very food oriented. 5/21/14 AM- 1oz PM- 1oz
5/22/14 AM- 1oz PM- 1oz
5/23/14 AM- 1oz PM- 1oz
We're at my boyfriends for the weekend and he has two cats. The cats are huge and apparently super afraid of my 1 1/2 lb fuzzy lol. They run away anytime she comes near them. We also went to petco and got some clearance cat toy ball things. Hopefully she plays, but if not they were only like 30 cents. I'm thinking of making up a birthday for her since I have no clue when she was born. Is that silly?

At least she is consistent! I would love to get some more cat toys for Ezzy but every time he visits friends, they go missing. And sometimes they randomly go missing when he doesn't. o.O Making up a birthday is totally normal imo. Ezra's birthday is the day we brought him home, so that's simple. Maybe you could do that, or just use a random generator to pick one.

Females generally do only eat 2-3 oz per day. As long as her activity is fine & her poops are good, no worries. And you could celebrate her "Gotcha Day" instead of a birthday.

Alyse- petco has these wrinkly foil ball things and they put them on sale sometimes for 10¢! I can't tell if she's played with them or just drug them into bed to cuddle O.o GFountain and that's a good idea celebrating her gotcha day now I have to go look at a calendar and figure out what day that was exactly.

I feel like maybe we're taking some steps backward. She suddenly started not wanting to eat her meat chunks :/ she'll eat a few, but I think she mostly likes the lick the soupie off of the chunks. Sometimes I have to finger feed her meat strips which I did not have to do before. Im not too frustrated, but I figured it would be good to document these changes. We also had the empty the tanks protest yesterday morning so I could only stuff about half an oz into her that morning and she touched none of her soupie after I left. 5/24/14 AM- .5 oz PM- 1.25 oz
