How do I get Sophia to eat the liver and heart chunks? I spoonfeed her and she stashes it but leaves it for me to clean up later. Isabella eats pork but pureed. How do I get her to eat chunks? I know I did this before with Sophia but Bella is really testing me :/ Please help.

Sophia weighs 2.75 pounds and Isabella weighs app 1.35. And she is becoming very strong. I will post a pic of them soon. Sophia is all muscle! I never imagined she would be this strong! So proud! I figured I would take baby steps with Bella since you never got back to me. So I am giving her a chunky soup now and she has to chew it and I did not use any water. She is taking it pretty well.

Are you hand feeding them? With each new food, they have to learn that the food is really food. So, sit with them and hold them on your lap and use a spoon or pick up a piece and put it in front of them. Don't let them down until they take a piece. Talk soft and be gentle.
Your pictures look great. Everyone seems to be doing well.
Try slivers instead of chunks. Ferrets teeth are designed to tear and chew. Chunks can be difficult for them.
Until they get use to Liver and Heart, puree it into a soup. You might start by making it with warm water and thin. Then slowly increase the thickness of the soup.
It's hard to be patient, but sometimes some are more stubborn than others. It's rather like teaching a toddler to eat veggies. They spit them out and protest like crazy, but they will learn to eat them. You're doing well and so are Sophia, Bella and Isabella. (dance)

Bella did very well with her chunky soupie I have been making her. I don't use water anymore just the water from the meat. I decided right before I checked my messages to make Sophia's organs into soupie and add just 2 small chunks of chicken to see if I could get her to take it. She ate very well tonight!!! SO PROUD OF MY GIRLS!!! Sorry I could not get a pic they were not still enough.

That's wonderful. Your girls will do fine. It just takes patience and persistence, and they will get the idea. The first change that you will notice will be how soft that their fur gets. You won't believe the difference in their coats and that doesn't take too long, which gives you more positive reinforcement to stick with teaching the finicky little fuzzies that this is good for them. I already notice a difference in their fur. Sophia's fur was a little rough but now it is so baby soft. I did not think Isabella's fur could get any softer but it did. It feels different than Sophia's. It is more silky. I love running my fingers thru it! I have had Isabella for 3 weeks today and she has been on raw just 3 weeks and she already is improving! She loves wabbit soup and Sophia loves wabbit bones! Sophia weighs 1.17KG Bella weighs .88KG I finally learned how to work the KG on their scale and I could not get the pounds to come up for Bella go figure. How much is .88KG in pounds?

Bella weighs 1 lb 9.4 oz. That's a very nice normal weight for a female.
Is Sophia's weight in KG? 1.17KG makes for 2lbs 9oz. That's also a nice healthy weight.
That's great that Sophia will eat rabbit. The more proteins the better. (dance)
