each bone meal has another following. so if they didn't want to eat bone, it'd be 24 hours before they got organ/muscle meat. (pretty sure it was you who gave me that tip) and it has helped amazingly! they are also just the wing tips

Monday-Friday: alternating NV Instinct balanced chicken and lamb medallions for AM/PM meals
Saturday: Beef (or Pork) and Chicken hearts (AM) and a large serving of hen (bones) (PM)
Sunday: they usually still have a bit of the hen left, so we do one slightly earlier meal of quail (if we have it, or they start on the medallions again)

I typically don't stick to the same mon-friday schedule but here's the past week Monday AM/PM: Chicken feet, Boneless pork chop, Beef stir fry scrap (Split into two 2-3 oz portions for AM/PM feedings) Tuesday AM: Chicken Wing, Chicken breast meat Tuesday PM: Chicken Thigh Wednesday AM: Chicken leg, Beef stir fry scrap Wednesday PM: Chicken foot, Boneless pork chop Thursday AM: Chicken foot, Beef stir fry scrap Thursday PM: Half a cornish game hen Friday AM: Half a cornish game hen Friday PM: Chicken breast meat Saturday AM: Pork liver, Beef kidney Saturday PM: Remaining liver/kidney, Beef heart Sunday AM: Beef heart Sunday PM: Chicken foot, Boneless pork chop I believe that's balanced, but please don't hesitate to let me know if there's any way it can be improved He does eat the whole chicken foot, and most of the chicken wing bone, so I try to stick to those for bone content because he doesn't tend to eat breastbone or thigh bones. He does eat the majority of the game hens though.

He does need a bit more bone. Especially still being young. Have you tried smashing the bone in the thigh and drumstick? Mine will eat them like that, but not whole. If he'll eat the bulk of the bones that way, it would be fine Or else just substitute a thigh or leg for another wing.

Got it! I'll see if I can get him to eat the thigh bones when they're smashed, I've tried with leg already and couldn't really get him to eat much of it. If not, substituting is no problem.

Just a thought swissbrie - but do you have access to chicken necks or turkey necks where you live? That might be helpful in upping the amount of bone meals you have.

So... obviously Raiju is over his "walking tummy with teeth" phase because I've actually gotten him to eat thigh and breast bone, so long as he just gets small portions of food at a time--and he's eating about 1-2oz less than what I'm used to. I think he was just eating most of the good stuff while it was there, and ignoring the not-so good stuff. ;D I think I've got it down now. Leg bone is something I still need to work on, but I'm just glad I can get him to eat that now.

Okay, can you post a new menu with what he will actually eat then

Alright! I'm actually doing two-part feedings for the bone meals I can now get him to eat, to make sure he's actually eating them, so my schedule might look a bit odd but here's the modified version.
Monday AM/PM-1: Chicken foot Monday AM/PM-2: Boneless pork chop, Beef stir fry scrap (Split into two 1 oz portions for AM/PM feedings)
Tuesday AM-1: Chicken Wing Tuesday AM-2: Chicken breast meat Tuesday PM-1: Chicken Thigh bone, smashed, excess meat removed Tuesday PM-2: Chicken thigh meat
Wednesday AM-1: Chicken back/rib chunks, smashed Wednesday AM-2: Beef stir fry scrap Wednesday PM-1: Chicken foot Wednesday PM-2: Boneless pork chop
Thursday AM-1: Chicken foot Thursday AM-2: Beef stir fry scrap Thursday PM: 1/3 cornish game hen
Friday AM: 1/3th cornish game hen Friday PM: 1/3th cornish game hen
Saturday AM: Pork liver, Beef kidney Saturday PM: Remaining liver/kidney, Beef heart
Sunday AM: Beef heart Sunday PM-1: Chicken foot Sunday PM-2: Boneless pork chop
Does this look better?

This is my diet for an Australian Raw feeder. My guys seem to benefit from a higher bone content than the normal 15%. Obviously if there is some issues, I will amend them.
Mondays Morning: Mince mixture. Afternoon/Evening: Chicken frames cut in half or quarters.
Tuesdays Morning: Kidney, lung & diced heart meat. Afternoon/Evening: Lamb/beef bones.
Wednesdays Whole rabbits or roosters, normally around 2 whole wild rabbits. All day meal.
Thursdays Morning: Liver & diced heart meat. Afternoon/Evening: Lamb/beef bones.
Fridays Morning: Mince mixture. Afternoon/Evening: Chicken frames cut in half or quarters.
Saturdays Morning: Mince mixture. Afternoon/Evening: Turkey necks/thigh meat.
Sundays Morning: Chunks of lamb, beef meat & fish heads. Afternoon/Evening: Kangaroo ribs & tail.
The Mince Mixture is a combination of kangaroo, beef, mutton & chicken meat & bone, minced/ground & cut into peices, plus I usually add in chunked heart meat (beef, lamb, kangaroo) & 1-2 whole rabbits. Sometimes the organs/offal out of whole kangaroos.
My ferrets also get chunks of kangaroo meat, beef brisket bones, whole rabbits (I remove the digestive tract), fish chunks (fillets or scraps like skin & heads), plus pork when I have it.
I also have my 7 year old jill, Fe, who is fed a slightly different diet to the general group, but I have posted that in other areas.
