Yes, it's all my doing. For those who are not aware, if you have not logged on to the forum in 2 months, I will delete your account. It helps to keep the member lists cleared up. And IMO, if someone has not enough interest in even logging in(I don't care if you post) for 2 long months, you ARE inactive. And your account WILL be deleted.

When I go through the member lists at the end of every month, here is what I look at(this is mine): If that was someone who'd not logged in for two months, the log in date would say something like "Last log in October 29 at 04:15" So, it is literally 2 MONTHS before an account is deleted. And if someone has been logging in regularly for a while before that, or if they have been an active poster, I'll usually shoot them a message first.

3kaw - can you use the "forgot password" and have it sent to your email? If you're using a new email address, you should be able to modify it in your profile, and then logout and have the password reset to your email. Allie, Sherry doesn't start looking at accounts until they've hit the 2 month mark. She also gives frequent posters some leniency. If you think you could be gone longer, just send Sherry a PM and let her know

Mine was deactivated, and I don't post much, but now I log in every once in a while to prevent that.

As I said- I don't care if someone posts or if they don't. As long as they are logging in and reading- they are still learning . We've got at least one person on here who joined up a couple days after the forum started. She's never posted in all that time. BUT!!! Every time I've checked, she's always been logged in within a day or two of the times I been doing member accounts And that's fine.
