Funny you mention that. I look at Birthday's every day and send a birthday message to any member who has a birthday.
If I see someone who hasn't been on for a few months (since September now) , then I delete them. If I recognize them and figure they will be back and are just busy, I leave them.
January 1st had fourteen birthdays.
Maybe four or five had not been on since the summer and several members had been accepted and never posted or signed back on.

January 1st had fourteen birthdays. Most of those were probably fake birthdays, it's an easy default when you don't want to give out that information!

I tend to get side tracked and not get over here when I mean to! I follow the Facebook group but not here as much, for no reason whatsoever.

@ediebird When I see a member who's name that I know, I leave them as a member. I do birthdays every day, and will delete a member with no posts. If they have no posts and have not logged on in four months, then they get deleted. If someone is new and has no posts, they get a birthday message and often that reminds them that they joined us.
So, don't worry. I won't delete you.

For me, if they haven't logged on in 3 months and have over 100 posts i will usually send an email about forum clean up

775 down to 387, Wow, thats crazy. People must join then eventually forget about the account. It's kind of understandable, but its also a good thing you clean them out (that sounds harsh ha)I find myself checking in every day probably because i'm constantly thread stalking.I highly doubt I'll 'forget' about my account. I'm probably on here religiously since getting my two-now three. I'm actually really surprised after reading that people join and not post anything literally ever...

I'm surprised I made the last couple of cuts, with the move, adjusting to a toddler, ferret, a new job, and a sick pup plus another baby on the way, I've mostly been a thread stalker this last year.
