Is she drinking?

She readily ate her dinner tonight and she doesn't normally drink more than an oz of water or less on a daily basis anyways because her food is so rehydrated that she gets most of her water from that. But she did drink some today and last night, but I just assumed it was because she has been holding out on her food. She isn't running a fever or anything, just diarrhea and not eating other than a few laps of food. She is so spoiled. But still going to keep a very close eye on her.

The dinner that she ate was minus the raw soup, right? Little stinker. Go back to adding a tiny bit of raw tomorrow.

Exactly. She is so spoiled and has me wrapped around her tiny paws. I put the soup in her breakfast and she hasn't touched it yet. And today has been kinda hectic so she hasn't had her playtime yet. My son started a new school today and I had a couple of interviews today. So she is pretty upset with me today. So she will be getting her playtime this afternoon and we will try the snatch and swoop then.

How is Wisp doing with her meals? Any progress yet?

No sort of notable progress. She had a deep clean today on her cage due to the stinky diarrhea. So I had to dump out the food that she had left in her bowl from last night (which was practically all of it) and today she ate some of her breakfast. She has taken up hissing at me when I pick her up, so she isn't a happy camper right now. But I'm not going to give up. She will give up the fight sooner or later.

Yes, she will. Just keep at it. Do you have any meat in the house besides chicken?

No, but I could probably find some. I don't really keep meat since I don't eat it myself. I just had chicken for wisp's treats. But if I need to get something else, just let me know what exactly I need and I will get it.

I'm just thinking that maybe switching proteins would help. It's not a texture change that she's objecting to because she's been eating a wet food and that hasn't changed, so it must be the flavor. I'm sure raw soup tastes completely different than FDR chicken.
You said she eats FDR turkey treats. Maybe pick up a small package of ground turkey and let's see if she prefers that to the chicken soup. Just mix a tiny bit of the ground turkey into her meals instead of the chicken soup and thin some of the turkey to make a paste that you can smear on her face instead of the soup.

Ok. I will pick up some ground turkey tomorrow morning and will try that. She might take to that easier. Who knows with her. But here's and updated dangling picture of her since she has put some fat on after that flu bought.

That's from this morning and as you can hopefully see, she is not too keen on me right now.

Oh, what a cutie, mad face and all! But she doesn't look any thinner in spite of not eating well for several days. Check her weight and make sure she's not losing.

Well, I didn't get the turkey until after breakfast time, but we did make some soup and she wasn't hissing at me as much. Will mix some in her dinner and see how that goes for her. She is still refusing the soup, but not hissing at me when I pick her up to try it. She was in more of a cuddly mood this morning, so we rolled with it.
