Okay that sounds like a good plan, thanks Sherry. I'm guessing the vet you use (and that I am planning on using) is probably knowledgable enough to know not to over-vaccinate or to be okay with waiting to vaccinate until they are a bit older?

That's the hope, some will just follow protocol like they suggest and want to give it a few weeks after the last one (I think the average is two weeks but don't quote me) just talk to your vet and get a feel for them. I'm planning to take the kids in a few weeks for a normal check up and to see how much the vet knows. I'll be asking his opinion on raw diet too just to see how he feels about it.

I don't know if it's so much that they were willing, as I simply didn't give any options ;D Also, I didn't start seeing these ones until we'd already had the first 7 ;D

One of the vets that I use for my ferrets is actually against vaccines.
