Still feeling like crap, but better than before. lol
We've been maintaining the status quo. I kept better records this week, but the spreadsheet won't paste correctly and I got tired of fighting with it. I'll figure something out tomorrow so you can see.

Yay! Foster ate about a tbsp of chicken pieces! Just chicken, nothing else! Avery ate about 3 pcs. Foster and kimble both had heart today. Foster only ate one piece though. Next time I mix organs, I might try mixing 50/50 with heart and just do three meals throughout the week, since the they will all eat their organs.

Okay, so I've exported the spreadsheet to a PDF (my google drive wants a password even though I set permissions to share with a link). I've now saved the PDF as an image and am trying to upload to photobucket so I can link the image. I thought typing everything long hand was a pain. lol!

Hey that turns out great! So I see that kimble had 7.5 meals of bone. I would like to see another.5 of a meal. Organs and heart looks wonderful. Is there another protein Kimble likes? I'm counting 3. How about pork? Quail? 3 is ok but minimum. I always say more is better. Keep up with the pieces with Foster and avery. And remember to take it at their pace. You're doing great! Keep it up! Cam you update me on their weights too? And how the chunks are coming along.

I need to get more CGH and I bought pork yesterday, but haven't portioned it out yet. I was going to go to the reptile show in Cleveland last weekend, but the weather was bad. Rodent pro apparently sets up a table and I wouldn't have to pay shipping. I was going to try to get some quail, cavvy, and rabbit for the ferts, as well as mice for our corn snake. Will try again next month.
All have gained weight since the measurements on 3/4/14. Foster is 2 lb 3 oz, Avery is 2 lb 9.8 oz, Kimble is 2 lb 5.2 oz. Yes, he is a few inches shorter than Foster, but he outweighs him. Love that baby fat. I think Avery is under the illusion that winter is coming. He was born a year ago last month, so I think his seasons are mixed up.

Yay! Foster and Avery ate FDR chicken/salmon with pcs of pork in it ('bout the size of dimes, but about 1/8" thick). Kimble has a large chunk of pork to gnaw on tonight. I'm not sure he'll be able to do much with the bones, but I'm going to give him the chance to try.

So when you fed the pork chunks how d did they do with that size? Thats not a bad size chunk. I'm so glad they have all gained weight. What cut of pork with bone? Mine can eat some pork bones but not all I'm so excited they are all doing well!!

some sort of pork shoulder steaks. Last night, they ate all the pieces. This morning, they ate some of them, and set the rest down next to the bowl and ignored them.

I hand fed Foster and Avery tonight to make sure they ate the pork pcs. They did! They wanted to run off when they encountered small chunks (same size as before, but 1/4 of the total meal). When I held them so they couldn't run away and stash, they slurped the pieces right down and ate more! So proud of my boys!
Kimble was not happy with the pork and it smelled funny by the time I got home, so I threw it away and gave him the chicken wing that was already defrosted. I'll try the pork again tho. It is portioned and frozen.

Ew. Seedy diarrhea. Not sure if it is from the CGF chicken or the pork chunks. Foster, Avery and Hoshi, the 7-8 week old kitten all ate dinner from the same dish. Foster and Hoshi had squirty poops. Avery seems ok so far.

The seedy poops may be from having more pork in Foster and Avery's diet. I would not be too worried unless it persists. I'm so impressed that the boys ate the pieces! That is awesome! When did you get a kitten!?

We've had the kitten for about 3 wks now. She's polydactyl, and has TWO extra toes on each foot. Just to help isolate the diarrhea issue, yesterday, I did FDR turkey/no chunks in the am and CGF venison/lamb in the eve. I know they tolerate both well and will try the chunks again tonite. Organs are this morning.
