Nyx we know is eating it well so you don't have to post, she's still just on rabbit and you have increased chunk size? Just let me know if/when you introduce another protein to her. Oscar what a piggie! Not surprised Baylis stashed.

Their weights today before breakfast: Nyx 965g Baylis 770g Oscar 1905g they haven't touched their food during the night. Bowl with a kibble is not touched too.
Nyx is still on rabbit only, she's on antibiotics for Giardia and i'll start with other protein after the therapy so i can check her poops. Can you tell me what protein is best to start with? haven't increased chunk size, i'll try today, will mix with the mince. I'll try with others too.

For Nyx, what do you have access to? I know other ibd ferrents tend to recommend lamb or goat. They are doing awesome, how do poops look? How often are you offering food?

i have access to a lamb meat, but i tried to give her some time ago cause i heard the lamb protein is most digestible, she wasn't thrilled so we started with rabbit. if she accept the lamb, i should give her egg shell powder with the meat? her poops are still seedy and a little bit runny due this Pred and Giardia. i'm giving her antibiotics, spyramicine and metronidazole in combination for 5 days now, and now she's 3 days off of Pred. so i hope her poops will be better soon. vet said that poops can be like that with high doses of Pred.
their weights before breakfast:
Nyx - 975 g Baylis - 770 g Oscar - 1910 g

bravo for your crew! Nyx poops will get better, it took us almost 7 days of metro/spira for Zhou to kick in. He was on this therapy almost 3 weeks and we got rid of both Giardia and Cryptospp. I wish the same for your Nyx :*

we went to the vet today, results of lab exams are good. last time, Giardia test was false positive, but she does have escherichia coli and we got another antibiotic... i weighted them this morning, but had no time to write. Nyx - 970g Baylis - 770g Oscar - 1950 they haven't eat much yesterday... i put some lamb chunks in their mince again, like yesterday and day before, Nyx is avoiding them. what is my alternative for lamb or goat meat? maybe she would eat something else

You got a good selection of meat, funny how excited raw feeders get over that haha! I'm jealous. It is near impossible to get brain or spleen and the only lamb at the store is $14 a pound! To get Nyx to try some lamb I would make it into mush, don't try chunks yet, throw it in your grinder or food processor and then add a little to the regular mince. Ease her into it.

i AM too exited! The lamb is not cheap here either. lots of people can't afford lamb or rabbit meat, it's expensive. my friends are telling me i'm crazy, giving that meat to my animals, they said they would like to be my pets in another life LoL Oscar and Baylis are eating chicken,i bought some chicken thighs and cutted the bone in pieces. they don't want lamb at all. Nyx started to eat lamb, i cutted a pieces 2-3 mm big (or small )and put it in the mince. now i'm increasing amount of lamb and it's working fine so far. today they were all sleeping much, almost a whole day...
