Beef kidney has been acquired. So I won't be feeding them just liver on organ day.

This is good! Try adding just a small amount at first. Some really object to it.

Actually turned out to be a big hit with Dogfish and Dixie. Chimay needed some prompting, but once I got her past her initial "Hey, that's not food!" reaction, she jumped right in.

Oh, excellent news! Now that can be added in as a regular part of the diet. Can you do me a favour? Make up a menu, Mon-Sun format, of exactly what they are eating now? Just to get a better feel for it.

Looking good! Now, can you get something like cornish hen to substitute for the wings/necks once a week? Maybe some lamb, duck, goat, beef for one of the pork shoulder days?

Hey, I'm back (hopefully no more issues). Sorry about the long absence. How have the weezils been lately?

Weezils are fine! They've mostly stopped peeing and pooping except where they're supposed to, which is great for me!
To answer Sherry's earlier question, I change their diet up pretty frequently. If I post a "menu", it's really what I've fed them within the past week/what they'll probably eat in the upcoming week. It's not any sort of long-term plan of what I'm going to feed them each and every week.
My actual menu is this:
Monday am: edible bone in meat Monday pm: edible bone in meat Tuesday am: edible bone in meat Tuesday pm: muscle meat Wednesday am: edible bone in meat Wednesday pm: heart Thursday am: edible bone in meat Thursday pm: edible bone in meat Friday am: edible bone in meat Friday pm: muscle meat Saturday am: edible bone in meat Saturday pm: muscle meat Sunday am: edible bone in meat Sunday pm: liver/organ
And I just change things up to ensure that they're getting at least three different protein sources during the week. Like, I am now out of chicken wings, so today I'll go to the store and see what's on sale. I will soon be out of pork shoulder, at which point I will buy something else, but always keeping in mind that they need at least three protein sources. So they're definitely getting variety in their diet.

Weigh in
Dogfish: 2 lb 2 oz Dixie: 2 lb Chimay: 1 lb 8 oz
They've taken squarely to pork and eat it without further encouragement from me. They eat turkey necks with gusto, but don't seem to care for turkey wings. I think it's the skin they don't like. Not sure. They will eat it if I don't give them any other options, but they're not thrilled about it. They'll lick it, pick it up and move it to stash spots, and then nose around looking for food they actually like.
Gonna try once again to get them switched to fish. Dogfish just won't eat it. Chimay doesn't care for beef kidney, but will eat it if I get her started.

Fish and kidney can take awhile. I find the blandest fish for my guys is tilapia. Using an egg or some oil to cover it up helps to start them on their own (my guys now love tilapia plain). Sometimes kidney is best hid in a meat meal, but Chimay isn't doing so bad, if she will eat it at all, hahahaha
