Also with respect to your last post, in the past we have given pork, beef and lamb. I will try to get more of that into their diet again.

Okay, good Let me know how they do with it. Definitely at least one, preferably all three. As for the vomiting it sounds like she's simply eating too quickly, or swallowing too large a chunk When they do that, it comes back up again so nothing to worry about. As long as she's behaving normally otherwise, and is pooping well it's all good.

Hi Sherry,
I have been giving them more pork and beef. They love the pork, don't eat much beef though.
Thanks Breanne

Okay, can you post an updated menu then? It's okay if they don't eat as much beef. They likely won't as it's a much denser meat.

Sunday bone and hearts Monday bone and bone Tuesday bone and meat Wednesday bone and liver Thursday bone and bone Friday bone and hearts (want to switch to kidney) Saturday bone and meat
Bone meals usually are turkey neck or chicken wings or turkey wings
Meat meals are usually pork or chicken or turkey
Would beef tongue suffice as a replacement for kidney? I am trying to find something to use but they are being picky.
Thanks!

8DCongratulations (dance) You've graduated and you're ready to walk this path alone, now. You have the foundation to help you feed your fuzzes in a more natural and healthy manner. Please remember that your learning never stops, and dietary needs change from ferret to ferret and throughout each their lives. I would also like you to be aware that though you now have the capability and the knowledge to create your little ones diets you are never alone and that your mentor (you need only pm) is always available to you. The list is also a very good resource and you should always be aware that it's available to answer any questions you may have either about diet or care. Good luck, in a few days either Sherry or I will lock down this thread but be aware that you can always look through it as a reference tool but you just will not be able to post to it. Your mentor will be in to congratulate you shortly (wave) . ciao
