Read the information I posted on the page before this. That's why it's there, to help you on your menu. Your menu should include your meals for a week's time and must have a Minimum of 3 proteins (i.e. pork, rabbit, chicken). It should consist of 10% organ (half liver and half other organs), 10% heart, 10-15%bone, and the rest muscle meats. If you feed 2 meals a day this breaks down to 1.5 meals a week organs, 1.5 meals a week heart, and 7-9 bone -in meals. Using commercial ground raw you will have some bone and organs in those meals, so keep that in mind. If you look at the posts I made on the previous page there are several example menus.

Here's the list of food he has:
Whole chicken mince Whole Beef mince Whole Kangaroo mince egg yolk turkey mince chicken meat lamb hearts ox hearts lamb fry lamb liver pork meat (offcuts etc) Occasionally some fish.
