Just do not get clay. I use paper pellets that are flushable. I like them a lot.

They do tend to think that is ok no matter which kind you get, (another reason I like the paper pellets, very easy to pick up.) usually once the use the box though they stop digging in it.

Definately, I use World's Best Cat Litter and not only is it safe, but it clumps great and you can flush it. Arm and hammer has their version. It says all natural and it says natural clumping and what not. Does it matter brand wise? Yes, it does matter. The Arm and Hammer one has fragrance added to it, that not only doesn't mask odor, but blends with it to create a truly nasty smell (as per reviews off amazon). It's not completely natural, the title is misleading. Stick with the brands mentioned on the forum as they have been tested to be safe and no added ingredients (ie fragrances).

Nei does that too, you just have to put it back in and only use enough to cover the bottom, too much and they think it's a dig box. I'm building a dig box right now so she'll get her digging fix in that and not in the litter box.

What all is in it, and is this brand dusty? The world's best is in a very tiny pellet type form so dust is minimal.

Okay. Try it. If it is dusty beyond being dumped then you should use another. Otherwise don't worry

When I put it in her litter pan it didnt dust off. At least it didnt make me sneeze and usually cat litter makes me sneeze real bad so I think thats a plus. And it helps the smell so far thr only thing I dont like is it gets everywhere. But so did her other litter.

Update on Shelby her poops are nice and solid. They are brown and have been consistent. When I make the soup recipe I just fridgerate it because it only lasts about 2 days max more like a day and a half. So shes eating well and her energy is great and I can tell shes growing. Shes also gaining weight and her fur is getting softer

Woohoo! Have you weighed her recently? I weighed all mine tonight and George who is 12 weeks tomorrow is a whopping 1.99 lbs! Is the soup pretty thick now? Do you think she is ready to try some slivers in it?

Do you think she is ready to try some slivers in it? Tonight she weighs 1.8 lbs. Her soup is really thick. Like jelly or thicker. If thats a good way to describe it. When I Introduce her to slivers do I use like a beef stew type beef and cut it up and offer it to her?

Yup, you can do that. It is usually easier to get slivers from partially frozen meat. You can hand feed her the sliver and see how she does or you can just sneak it into her soup!
