Red meat is like Beef, Lamb, the meat that's Red when raw And white meat is Chicken, Quail, CGH, Pork, etc. (we do consider pork a white meat).

So my menu I made meets those requirements you listed. 8 consumable bone meals 2 Organ meals (one that is 1/2 chicken liver & 1/2 Beef Kidney; The other organ meal is 1/2 Chicken Heart 1/4 Chicken Liver 1/4 Beef Kidney) 4 Muscle Meals,1 that is Heart. 4 Proteins (Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Pork) 1 Red Meat (Beef) -- (I'm assuming any part of beef will count as red meat? Or does it only apply to like the muscle meat of the cow? Either way my ferret will be getting Kidney, Heart, and Ground Beef from it so I'm sure at least one of those will count towards it!)
Monday:(Consumable bone) Chicken Wings & (Muscle Meat) Ground Turkey Tuesday: (Consumable bone) Turkey Wings & (Organ) 1/2 Chicken Liver 1/2 Beef Kidney Wednesday: (Consumable bone) Chicken Necks & (Muscle Meat) Chicken Hearts Thursday: (Consumable bone) Turkey Wings & (Muscle Meat) Pork Chops Friday: (Consumable bone) Chicken Wings & (Consumable bone) Chicken Necks Saturday: (Organ) 1/2 Chicken Heart 1/4 Chicken Liver 1/4 Beef Kidney & (Consumable bone) Turkey Wings Sunday: (Consumable bone) Chicken Neck & (Muscle Meat) Ground Beef W/ Egg*
*I know that somewhere in the forums here I read that it was Ok to feed my ferret eggs as long as it was the whole egg at least once a week. The Sunday Meal would only have one in it. If once a week is too often, just let me know and I can make every other week? (:
Thanks so much for everyone who has helped in answering my questions. Also, a special thanks to you Julesalot, for helping in making my feeding schedule to what it should be and reviewing it for me! I'm so happy that Axle ( Real common but I like it) was just ready to start chowing down and not much intervention was needed!!! Can't wait till his coat is even shinier than what it is! Happy Holidays!

Your menu looks good
We don't count different protein organs as different proteins, so if you have beef organs but no other beef in your menu, then we count that as no beef. So ground beef does count as a different protein, but organs don't. Yes once a week eggs are good. Its 1 chicken egg or 3-4 Quail eggs.
You're more than welcome, give Axel (love his name!) A big hug from me.
