HAHAHAHAHA... shoulda known someone would say that! Actually, my house isn't 'ferret-quiet', it's 'people-quiet'. My baby just went off to college. Oh you will get over that quick and then start to love having the house to yourself again. Sent from my Nexus 10 using proboards

You might as well get him now and just deal with the chaos all at one time. And speaking of enabling, lol.

I wish I had known you, when mine were teenagers. I would happily have sent them over to you. My children were good kids, but ferrets are more fun, less trouble and alot less expensive!

Internet wasn't working last night so I just now got to FINALLY watch those videos. She is soooo cute!! And she sounds just like a little furry Seagull! I still think Mouette would have been cute lol but Keller fits her well too. she is absolutely adorable - what a funny little girl. She's going to be trouble!

Congrats on your latest and loudest addition! Thanks for the screaming videos, I never knew quite what that meant when people said that. Wow! And good old Wynstan, being so persistent. This is slightly off topic, but I was wondering how Roamy was doing regarding the Great Outdoors -- did he eventually ask to go back out? Is he more cautious now? And any groundhog sightings? Your sig always reminds me of his adventure since he's wistfully looking out the window

Cloud??? I must have missed something! And what's two more hahaha If their light colored, they would just blend in... he would never notice Jeremy's Boggle has a ferret rescue in Alabama. She had been posting about Cloud. One day, while she was near his cage, he stood up straight and then fell over with his legs sticking straight out. She kind of ignored him and he did it again and then looked at her like, "I'm being cute, can I come out and play?" I fell in Love with this little guy and his sense of humor. This was just a few days before we were due to pick up Kelller. I figured that I would wait thru the intros and then ask Paul about Cloud. Now, Cloud has bonded with Leon and Paul is so stressed over this intro. Men always seem to take it harder. So, I'm at a standstill. Cloud & Leon play well together but are not bonded so he can still be adopted on his own. Poor Paul the intros always seem hard on him.

Your sig always reminds me of his adventure since he's wistfully looking out the window I wish that video had been a better quality. I'm going to try again, soon. That screaming is really something. Keller is also really vocal. She chatters alot. It took Roamy a few days to get over his adventure. Before the adventure, he spent alot of time downstairs with us. He would sleep in a little bed that I made for him (in a laundry basket) or hang out in a drawer by the door. For four or five days, he hung out upstairs and really didn't come down alot. We have been taking him on walks again, but now if he hears the dogs down the street, or an especially loud bird, he wants to go back inside. He also checks the front door at least three times, during a walk. He just needs to know that the door will open. We have seen the groundhog again. He disappeared for a few days, but he's back. We haven't seen any of the bunnies that were here. In the early summer, our yard was filled with bunnies. I counted seven at one time. Wynstan is a big goofy puppy of a ferret. He looks like a Collie. He's sweet and patient, and Keller is beginning to like him. He tries to play with her, but she's not ready for real play yet.

I also liked Miette. Paul didn't like either name and I wanted him to have a say. Taylor picked Keller, and it suits her. She is a pistol. Little Drama Queen. She's sweet and loving, funny and playful. I can't wait for her to start playing with the others. She loves blanket rides, chases those little balls, wants to see everything and needs alot of snuggling and cuddling. She also has decided to annoy Mika. She watches Mika and then goes into Mika's couch. She wants Mika's white cup, not her own and when Mika walks by her, she screams and then looks at me. Just like a little kid trying to get their sibling in trouble with Mom.

This one is really hard, because I have to worry about Juliet, this time. I haven't given up on Cloud, I just have to bide my time. Paul's mother is very sick and we may be taking a trip to Florida. My hope is that the intros will be over and we will make a detour thru Alabama on the way back. We'll see.

Aw, poor little Roamy! It sounds like he was really quite traumatized. I guess the good side to all this is that he's a lot less likely to escape now.

We are making a little progress. Wynstan and Mika have spent the whole day upstairs with Keller. The screeching is slowing down, just a little. Right now, all three are asleep in Mika's couch. Here is another (poor quality) video of the three of them exploring my Armoire. Wynstan is the big boy, Mika jumps out first and then you see Keller's little head. No Screeching!
