Sorry for posting a storm, I used a website translator to read about the EVO food. It says in the translator:
"Relatedly ingredients: Turkey meat, chicken, chicken powder, ƒjƒVƒ“ƒ~[ƒ‹, potatoes, chicken oil (vitamin E save), whole eggs, turkeys “÷•², natural flavoring, Apple, carrot, tomato, cottage cheese, chicory, taurine, ƒjƒVƒ“ƒIƒCƒ‹, methionine, lecithin, Rosemary extract, vitamin, mineral, lactic acid bacteria"
Web translators are fun...never 100% accurate. But I was wondering...
Is it okay for a ferret to eat apple, carrot, tomato, cottage cheese, chicory, and rosemany extract? They sound very healthy, but I thought ferrets we're 100% meat eaters? I guess they might come across these foods in a prey's stomach though (except the cottage cheese), in theory. Sense it's a processed food, does that work out about the same?

Generally, no. You shouldn't feed those things. But most kibbles will have those types of ingredients. Evo has a very high percentage of protein and is generally one of the best kibbles to feed. fruits and vegetables should be present in very small amounts.

Do not feed the kibble moistened on a regular basis. If by some chance it's been exposed to bacteria(and kibble does harbor more bacteria than meat), the moisture will allow it to grow too quickly for the ferret's digestive system to be able to cope with. When we use meat/kibble, or moistened kibble as a transition food, it is over the very short term, so the odds of this happening are reduced.

Understood. But would it be alright to mix this food with a variety of different raw chicken/turkey on a regular basis? For example, a mixture of this food and some chicken liver one time, and this food and a mixture of some chicken wings, etc. I proposed the idea of raw to my fiance. At first, he said that sounded like a really good idea. Just to be safe, I decided to give him the "show ferrets eating raw" pictures test and he was just shocked by them. He said he's really really fine with raw, but I could tell he just wasn't ready by his reactions. I think I have more experience with dead animals then he does from my pet shop experience, we fed snakes and what-not. So I was thinkin maybe mixing raw with the food would be a health benifit and good step-by-step method for both the ferret and my fiance! lol What do you think?

You can certainly supplement with raw, but I really think I'd try to go with maybe giving some kibbles in the morning, and removing it at least 3-4 hours before offering any raw. You might also find that once they've started to accept the raw, the kibble simply gets left behind in preference for the raw

I'm not sure if it's available in Japan, but I figure I'll mention it anyway. Freeze dried raw is very much like kibble. It's expensive, but with one ferret it probably wouldn't be bad. Some popular brands are Stella and chewys, wysong, and AFS.

Thank you again Sherry! We'll take it step by step and see what happens I suppose!
hmm...I never heard of freeze dried raw meats before, are they sold as a pet food? That sounds very interesting. I think the only person who could find them easily is novemberkris! But i'll certainly keep an eye out.
I showed my fiance that ferret store, so we are planning a trip there! It'll be next month though. I'll bring a list of things to look for, I absolutely can't wait! We might even make an adoption there if they have ferrets and we get a good vibe there. ^_^

Yeah, the freeze dried raw is a type of commercial pet food available. Most ferrets enjoy it quite a bit
