They both sound in good form And sorry- should have clarified! Two separate days, with a bone meal in between. Otherwise poops would be very loose.

And a good training treat would be oil of some sort. Just a taste from the end if your finger. My guys live grizzly salmon oil, as well as triple marine fish oil. If they don't take to oil right away, you can also use tiny slivers of raw meat hand fed.

Thanks I have oil for them. After heart and liver can they try fish? If yes what kind of fish is best for them? Can I give them any kind of fowl now and is there enough meat on necks for one meal? Thanks again for all your help. You Rock!

So I got some nice fresh chicken hearts today instead of frozen. Kodo walked away from them and Podo wanted to eat them but wasn't sure he should. Had to put oil on them for the kidz to eat them. How many should they have. I gave them two for they were small. Should I give them some chicken before bed so they are full?

You can. I usually feed at least one full meal of heart a week. As much as they will eat. At least once a month I feed two meals in a week. You can't overdose on taurine which is what they need heart for.

If you have a menu I could see that would be great. I have sort of one and I know it will get bigger as they eat more and change their needs. I was also wondering where I will get mice, rabbit and quail from?

There is a board in the diet section called "raw and whole prey providers". I believe The Canadian Mouseman would deliver up your way.

Diet is looking good! And nice to see the weight gain Two changes I'd like to see. You've got 6 bone meals(or equivalent). You should up that to between 8-9. That, and another organ if you can find it. Kidney is the most common. There is a board in the diet section called "raw and whole prey providers". I believe The Canadian Mouseman would deliver up your way.

They dont really like the heart or liver. I have to put their oil on it to get them to eat it. If I dont they just push it to the bottom of their cage and go back to their beds. Then when supper time comes with the meat they are trying to eat my fingers. I would love to give them a mouse to try but its really hard to get things for them. Duck and other birds are so so high in price. For duck its over $30 and they are frozen the other fowl is the same in high price. Try to get a chick here is like pulling teeth. We will be in the city for a week. I plan on getting them the hard to get things there and bring them back with me. Thank you again for all your help.

Okay, if you are feeding heart and liver together- try giving just the heart by itself and see how they do with it. If they eat that, then you know it's the liver. What I had to do with mine was puree the liver and add a tsp of heavy cream(whipping) and hand feed for a while before they'd accept it on it's own.
