Interesting. I have a friend who moved down to Washington this year...she lives in Tahulah(sp?). I hope to visit her early next year, would love to meet you if that's ok.

Hehe, as a funny note I think Finn got the brains of the boys from his litter. His brother I have here, Skor, looks just like him but has one wee problem. I have a 300 sq ft play room they get out for free roam. Skor has learned how to climb up a two story cage area but can't seem to figure out how to get down. I've been trying to teach him (think of me holding onto the guy as I place one foot in front of the other trying to get him to climb backwards and him holding on for dear life scared witless lol) I put a stack of smaller empty cages etc to help but he is a total chicken about it. Sooo, now going to have my contractor build a special ramp to put there when he is out. I can put him out to play and he will get up there and calmly wait until I get home to "save him". This is a ferret for goodness sakes!!! I've tried everything. Putting something around the several cages to prevent him from going up is an option too but so far haven't found anything that works good. He's such a sweet love bug but geez!! Oh and the face I get when he does it, like hey you mom.....I'm up here and so lonely and hungry )sigh poor me sigh) He has a huge cage he climbs all over inside and up the bars but this has just stumped him.

HAHAHA silly Skor!!
Finn doesn't show much interest in climbing at all lol... Are these Ferret Nation cages Skor is climbing? Finn hasn't climbed a FN since he was a baby!

No not FN ones, it's a big 3 story one but goes too close to the floor. On the other side I have a young jill from this last litter that when she is out climbs up as high as she can then jumps to my head when I pass by! She wants attention NOW!! LOL

OMG! That is hysterical ;D
I don't have anything that is very easy to climb, maybe some of mine would climb more if there was something they liked to climb LOL.
My nephew's boy Rosco is a brat and he has climbed the FN cage a couple times! It was very difficult though and he seems to have given up on it.

I actually put a tube for them to get down from the high cages. The cages in the hob room are well over 7 feet. The 'binos were up and down there like crazy but Tico would get up there and I was concerned as his methods of getting down appeared less sure and I was afraid of him falling. They use the tube to get up and down from the cages and that also means they're not climbing past one another so there are less cage wars going on between the boys ciao
