Mine hiss, scream, squak over any meat I put in there. Whoever eats theirs the fastest, then goes after somebody elses. Let the scramble begin!!!

Alice was sure it was poison when I first tried switching them. Cooper took right to it (probably because he was so young). Took a while to get Alice to even try it on her own, without me having to force feed it to her. Even when I force fed her, she'd gag and hack and spit. One night I forgot to defrost some meat for them, so I gave them a little cat food they were on before I switched them, just to hold them over. Cooper wasn't quite sure what to do with it. He didn't recognize it as food until he sat and watched Alice eating it. LOL

I love love love this idea. The pictures and video are awesome too. Thanks for sharing! Do you worry about bickering when it comes to food? My babies never did stuff like that and I could see myself going 'over protective mom'. Is there a point where you say enough is enough or do you let them work it out?

They won't hurt each other, and it let's them blow off some steam. I'd toss in a half doz. day old frozen/thawed chicks and have 4 ferrets each decide the one must be so much better than the rest ;D All 4 on ONE DO chick tugging, hissing, and screaming.
