I like to brows Yahoo answers when I'm bored but some time the people there terrify me. Especially the winning answers to common ferret problems.
One of the ones that really made me real was just now. The winning vote for looking for ferret food in Australia, was that it could be fed Guinea pig food.
There are some great answers on Yahoo answers buy Why do the most horrible answers usually get voted into winning?
Has any one else come across some terrifying answers about ferrets on yahoo answers?

I don't even bother with it, since I'd likely get too angry

Not sure if yahoo but I once read someone say that their ferret was on a diet of "bananas and cheerios" and that he "loved it" (GASP). Needless to say, this individual's comment was ripped apart and she was HIGHLY criticized by disapproving readers.

I don't read any of the "expert" advice sites, as the socalled experts usually aren't even minimally knowledgeable about whatever they're answering.

Sadly, yes. I've read too many. Worst one I remember was "Ferrets are so easy to take care of. You just let them out and let them go and then put them up when they're tired. I think you should get a ferret rather than a sugar glider, as gliders take so much work and vet bills."
Something along those lines. Ugh...
