That lettering comes off pretty easy with some sandpaper in case you didnt want to use chemicals

I just saw this. I think I will make one. To remove the lettering from pcv. Use Lacquer thinner. once the lettering is removed wash the pvc to make sure no residue is on the pvc. Lacquer thinner will melt pvc so use very little. Wipe lightly with a rag with a bit Lacquer thinner. Will it come off with rubbing alcohol? That dissolves a lot of inks, and doesn't leave a residue. Try it on clothes when you have an ink stain.

Now I really really (really) want to make a giant play castle for them! Maybe use corrugated plastic cardboard stuff for shelfs, and tunnels to get between levels!
Of course it would need to be larger/wider than tall in case they jump/fall. Oooooh! Maybe I could have a built-in ball pit!

Nice! I need to make a few of these, but with my luck, no one would use them. I have beds all over this house and all of my brats prefer to sleep in trash cans, or in the couch, or in the laundry basket.
