I'm one of those people who needs to check everything so I wanted to make sure the things I picked up are alright. (Yes, I am getting supplies for animals I won't have for months. Judge me if you must.) Super Pet chew proof glass water bottle, 16oz (mostly just concerned about the metal ball being too heavy for little ferret tongues) Super Pet Corner Litter Scoop (Ferret) 10oz Clamp-On Coop Cup, stainless steal (should I get two for two ferrets?) Marshall Bandit Bridge Marshall Lock-On Litter Pan (14"x13" and 9" at the back) Plastic ball with a bell inside. Seems pretty tough. Also a cloth tug-o-war type toy that my animalnut friend got me, but that one will be a supervised play toy only. Planning on ordering the cage next Friday when I get paid. Having supplies is making me SO DANG EXCITED about getting the actual ferrets.

please don't get a water bottle. they don't get enough fluids from that. Instead get one of those HEAVY ceramic bowls, and fill that with water. I learned that the hard way haha. I mean, i got her waterbottles, but it leaked (which equals water stains and wet ferret) and she didn't drink hardly at all from the waterbottle. the moment i got a heavy ceramic bowl, guess what happens? in three hours she drinks it DRY.

I've read that having both might be a good idea. Would another of the 10oz coop cups be large enough/usable?

I steer clear of water bottles, as well. I had them with my first pair, and they barely used them (but they'd practically attack me if I had a cup of water on me, poor things). You can get the coop cup (?) I take it they lock onto the cage? It should be good - if the bowls are too small it just means you're going to be filling them up more frequently. Is the litterbox a square/rectangle, if so that's good. If it's one of those triangular shaped boxes - they tend not to work - most ferrets don't like them because they can't get their whole bodies into it.

Yep, the litter box is square! Now I just have to hope it fits in the cage I end up with.

You can use a drip bottle- but be sure to also have a bowl with it. I use loc-crocs. They don't get enough hydration with a bottle.

I'd also get some short stainless steel bowls (look for some WITHOUT rubberized bottoms). Mine don't like "deep" dishes - they prefer something shallow, which makes grabbing food out of easier. I have these - Stainless steel bowls But those have rubberized bottoms which my crew likes to bite on >.> So I've velcroed them to my cage ;D

I would get bigger coop cup for water - I use a heavy ceramic dog dish - 16 ounce of water fills it half way - I have a snorkler so I also put a plastic tray under it to catch any spills

I got a 20oz coop cup today for water, I'll probably use both that and the water bottle, because why not now that I have it. Also picked up a carrier today that's 14x24x17...I think? It's downstairs and I'm too lazy to check the measurements again. Would I need a small litter box in there for vet trips (45min there) or should I just plan on washing the bedding after? Might be getting my ferrets sooner than expected. I added my name to this list at the local pet store so now if they get a silver/roan, black eyed white or red eyed white they'll call me and if I have my supples all ready I think I'm going to get them. Only obstacle is my parents, and I talked to my mom about it today. She said she's thinking about it. It's killing me not to harrass her more though!

A small litter box wouldn't be a bad idea.
