Whilst I'm desperate to get on to feeding strictly wholeprey, it doesn't seem feasible right now with my limited freezer space (and every other kind of space for that matter) and only the one ferret eating it.. so in the meantime I've been looking at and pricing up ways to bring in more variety and some extra wholeprey. I found a supplier hidden away online, and I think I finally cracked it, at about £5/week it's within budget, and it seems to provide a better range than I can from the store (only 1 store around here sells heart, and nowhere sells organ other than liver & kidney.. ) I had to do a 10 day rota to make reordering times match up. So, how does it look, balanced? Need any tweaking? If it gets a green light I'll order in when I need to restock in a couple of weeks Day 1 - morning - Duck mix ( neck, back, heart, liver. I assume the mixes are ground), 1 Day old chick - evening - Rabbit mix (carcass, heart, lung) Day 2 - medium rat (whole) Day 3 - morning - Chicken mix (neck, back, stomach, liver) - evening - Duck mix Day 4 - 1/2 ex-layer quail (whole) Day 5 - morning - rabbit mix - evening - 1 jumbo mouse (whole) Day 6 - morning - Duck mix - evening - chicken mix, 1 Day old chick Day 7 - morning - rabbit mix - evening - 1/2 ex-layer quail (whole) Day 8 - chicken mix Day 9 - morning - Duck mix - evening - rabbit mix Day 10 - morning - jumbo mouse (whole) - evening - chicken mix

That looks really good to me! You've got 6 proteins(fantastic!). Your organ meats and heart/bone/muscle are included in every meal, so it will average out no problem.
