Yay! I got Salem eating his BARF and chicken necks!! I also need to ask a question about this stuff I got from petbarn that everyone around here seems to use for their ferrets. It's called Nutripet made by the Troy company. Ferrets love it! its really an appetite stimulant. So is it ok to use in moderation? I only use it when cutting nails etc Here is the ingredients Composition: Contains Vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Folic Acid, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium and Iodine in a palatable base consisting of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, providing approximately 1500 kilojoules of metabolisable energy per 100g. Also I wanted to ask about the 'raw feeder status' thingy is it possible to get that with out going through the mentoring process? I'm sure there is a thread about it some where but I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance

Not sure about what you are using. Have to wait til I'm on the comp for that instead of the phone For the status change, you need to post a menu which may or may not need to be "tweaked" to provide optimal nutrition based on your budget and availability of proteins in your area

Monday: Morning: 1/2 barf patty (rabbit with beef heart and beef kidney) Night: 1/2 Barf patty (Turkey necks, wings and frames) Tuesday: Morning: 1/2 barf patty (Kangaroo with finely ground kangaroo bone and offal) Night: 1/2 barf patty (rabbit, finely ground chicken bone and whole egg (no shell) Wednesday: Morning: 1/2 Barf patty (turkey Turkey necks, wings and frames) Night: 1/2 Barf patty (Kangaroo Kangaroo with finely ground kangaroo bone and offal) It pretty much continues in a pattern like that and I'll add some whole chicken neck pieces and slivers so he's not living off mush. So is that the kind of menu you mean't? I can probably get some lamb and quail as well
