I'm wondering what those who raw feed think about wysong epigen 90 and their canned products?

Not a clue about their canned products, but have been told if you have to feed a kibble that epigen 90 is the best on the market.

I usually feed my crew 100% raw but I had to start buying kibble again for a few reasons. I lost my job in November and had an issue with the bf and I's social worker not increasing our food stamps till last month. So their diet was lacking variety and balance from me not being able to go get the different things from different stores. And serious lack of funds. So I started giving them kibble at night to supplement the whole chickens I was feeding. The month after I got fired a meth addicted ex co worker called me and brought me a neglected adrenal girl with wore down teeth from bar chewing. I don't ever expect her to eat full raw and my depression wouldn't permit me the energy to try and switch anyway. I have been feeding her 1/3 wellness core and 2/3 wysong ferret epigen 90 because the others eat her kibble (I give the others raw too and they do prefer the raw) since they are all bonded and live together. I have foodstamps again, a car LP and am getting my DL three 15th. So I am able to offer more variety. I have discovered though feeding high quality kibble is really expensive when you factor shipping in and how much you are paying per pound of food. I realized I can buy a 4 lb bag of primal feline frozen raw locally for $22 which is more cost efficent then buying and shipping a 3 lb bag of wysong. I can easily get Eva the kibble head to eat it since she loves all soups then problem solved no more kibble! Sorry such a long detailed post lol

I don't feed kibbles either know people who feed it & they say it is awesome. The ingredients make it sound like the best kibble on the market. It is really expensive though. For less $ you could feed a balanced raw diet. I do feed the wysong ferret archetypal 1 (freeze dried raw meat) and it is great. I also use the Dream Treats. The au jus canned raw meats are good especially if you want to feed venison, duck or rabbit but can't get it in your area. You can freeze it into cubes. However, the au jus cans have NO bone so you would have to add bone meal or pulverized raw eggshells to it.

I like the au jus as a base for creating a balanced soup. Some are more liquidy then others. I have to add water to get them to really eat it.
