Found out there's a place nearby that sells K9 Natural raw frozen/freeze dried, hopefully they have the Feline one too. The store wasn't open today, only noticed the sign for K9 Natural, that's why I don't know yet whether or not there's Feline too. Between this Feline Natural and Wysong Arch (freeze-dried) for ferrets, which would be better? Or would they be pretty much similar?

Looking at their website, it looks like Feline Natural only have chicken and lamb variety? If you wanted to feed exclusively freeze dried, you'll need at least 3 protein sources.
As far as which is better, I don't see a complete nutritional breakdown on feline naturals website (protein/fat/fiber) so it's hard to judge.

Could I feed ferrets the Feline Natural as well as other raw food? Like chicken wings (more variety than just chicken, like beef, pork, etc.)?

Or would that mess with the system a little? I only really hear about it messing with the system when combining kibble with raw.

Of course! You can feed a mix of commercial and fresh raw foods.

No problem When you're ready to switch, you can sign up for a mentor or just make a thread about it in the nutritional section. We can help make sure the menu you're feeding is balanced

I use freeze dried & fresh raw meat from grocery store. Never an issue. Also look into frozen commercial raw. Bravo is awesome!

I now give feline natural as a snack. My vet refuses to feed raw if they have to stay there, so it's either freeze dried, or baby food

I mix raw and freeze dried as well. And I've been using the new Feline Natural for about two months now. My guys like it! I actually ran out today, I have to buy more lol

I think I'd like to try both the freeze-dried and raw stuff from Feline, unfortunately when I went to the store that claimed they sold K9 Natural, they only had that. They'd probably be willing to order it in for me, or hopefully. If not there's a Global Pets close to where I am, maybe they could? I used to go to them for EVO Ferret and I used to be the only one buying it (other ferrants were buying Marshalls food there...go figure), not going to buy the EVO anymore though, especially after hearing about the whole proctor & gamble thing.

Another question! Do any of you who purchase Feline Natural get it locally or online? And how much does it cost?

The pet stores around me sell it for $13 a bag.

Yeah, the whole EVO scare is why I switched my guys to freeze dried, then now with ground.... I get mine at a Tail Blazers in northwest Edmonton, though they are the only stores in all of Edmonton who carry it. I get a small bag for 12$, or the large one for 25-30$ I think? I'm not sure anymore! Hahaha!!!
