Hi my name is Missy. I am the new owner of a male kit named Percival. He was born September 25th 2011. I had been looking into adopting a pair of
ferrets after my last pet rat passed on. Sadly Bea died during a spay, and my boyfriend decided to surprise me with a PETCO ferret. I didn't
want to go through a petstore, but he is here now and I am totally in love. We are eventually going to get him a friend. So far things are great. He is eating
Marshall's ferret food, but is transitioning into raw. Im going to attempt to add a picture of him on here.
Right now he is living in a single level critter nation, but will be getting the add on soon.

Hi and welcome on board. I'm sorry for the loss of your wee rat, poor thing. I don't pretend to know anything about their surgeries but pocket pets are often at high risk of having issues with the anesthetics. Please feel free to prowl around, check out the various sections and read through threads. Have questions? ask. Want to answer or get involved in a thread? Do so. Everyone's friendly, only the critters bite here ;D Unfortunately, I can't answer your question about the phone, I will let one of the techs get that one for you. Welcome to HFF! sorry about your rattie I used to own 2 boys myself. I'm on an Android but I bought the proboards app $2.99 I recommend it. You can post pictures by selecting more in the middle and upload from gallery.

Percival will be four months old on the 25th. My scale is broke, so if I had to guess I would say he may weigh close to two pounds. He is a good eater. He likes his soupies.
