How fine should the eggshells be crushed? Any comparisons to how the texture should be? Right now mine is a lot like sugar with some slightly larger crumbs and some powder.

You want it powdered. I use a mortar and pestle. Sherry uses a coffe grinder. You want it quite fine ciao
