Hello, my name is Teela and I live in Montreal, QC, Canada. I'm a new ferret owner, we've had Mocha for about 3 months now and she's just over 2 years old. She had 2 previous owners, and we are the 3rd and last. She has adapted very well to the family (husband, son and myself). She is a free roam fuzzy, and has pretty much taken over the whole house, and everything belongs to her. Her favorite items seem to be pens, chapstick and the TV remote.
This is Mocha a few days after we got her, she has now gotten a bit lighter in colour, and much fuzzier as winter is coming and her face is now light brown in colour.

Just a side note....remotes and chaptic are not good items for your wee one to play with, one has plastic that could cause blockages (those wee buttons are a real pain and ferrets love to chew on them) and chapstic is a wax product that could do horrible things to her insides (it can cause absorbtion issues) or it could cause a blockage. I'm afraid that our wee ones are less than stellar about their chewy choices and it often gets them into trouble.
