thank heavens for pedialyte! only give it to her until you can get to the bottom of what is going on and can get her right again. it does have some sugar in it. very little but its in there (the clear one has the least amount of sugar though). but as long as she is eating, use it. and the good thing is that it has electrolytes so it will help her with any dehydration. let her eat & drink all she wants. i always keep a few bottles of the clear pedialyte in the pantry. it has saved my butt several times with my ferrets.

if you feed kibbles, soak kibble in water overnight (leave refrigerated) use a small tupperware container and put like 1/4 kibble and 3/4 water. then you can mash it with the back of a spoon really well and mix it in with the baby food/pedialyte mixture.

and try to get it up to 15-20 cc's per feeding. even if she fights you. i'm guessing she is a small ferret?

She's a little one. Full grown she weighed in between 1.7-2.0lbs. He appetite is slowly going up. We are up to 15-20cc of the baby food/water/pedialyte mix. After tomorrow, I am going to try to add some of her kibble and Archetype-1 in by doing exactly what you said and if I have to puree it a little, I will. She is now on her meds which are the following: Clavamox, Metronidazole, Sucralfate, and Famotidine.

Yes, and she hates the Metro. I have to hold down her paws so she doesn't scrape her mouth with them after she gets it. She is doing well. She is up to 25-30cc of food mix every 3 hours and still getting into tons of trouble with her sister.

Nope. The vet said that in order to have an exact DX, that they would need to do an x-ray and/or biopsy in order to Dx it. I understand the biopsy, but a normal x-ray won't actually Dx an organ or soft tissue issue. I'm just glad that she is eating. Today, we are going to attempt something other than baby food. Wish us luck!!!
