Hello I am planning on going to trim oreo's nails tho of course to look if they need any triming done at the moment but, while I do so I was wondering on what is the best thing to use for distracting him so that he wouldn't squirm to much while trying to clip his nails?
I appoligize if I put this in the wrong spot as well.

Few drops of olive oil on his belly works wonders. I do have olive oil however heres the brand that I have I'm not sure if it'd be alright for him tho: Carlini: Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Would that be an alright olive oil to use cause of the extra virgin part?

I give my ferret extra virgin and haven't heard anything suggesting not to. I'd assume it was actually better, since its more pure.
Beware though, they can be picky. Mine has loved 2 kinds and didn't want anything to do with another 2 kinds, although all were extra virgin.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is fine, just check the label on the back and make use its 100% Olive Oil with and there are no added flavors.

Oil works wonders. But get him used to the taste first At his age though, they won't need trimming just yet. I'd wait until he's around 3, preferably 4 months old. His nails will be so tiny right now, and it will be really easy to clip too far. I use human fingernail clippers for mine as well.

I find putting it into a dropper bottle and using a drop each time as a treat works well. Try to use a clear bottle so you can regulate usage.

For clarification, I meant an eye dropper bottle that fits about 15-30 mls in it. Then only give about 2-3 mls per day.

You can also offer him licks from your finger that helps with bonding as well.
