Yaaay! Congrats! He is adorable! I love the name to, it certainly seems to fit. AND you got an RC! haha Be warned - you are in for a heck of a ride! ;D ;D ;D ;D Koda is an RC, and was an only ferret until very recently. He is quite notorious for being h*ll on furry-feet. RC ferrets tend to be VERY energetic (as I am sure that you have noticed by now lol), and much more bitey than Marshalls. They are also typically bigger, sleeker, and mroe muscled than MF ferrets. I am jealous. The stores here no longer carry RC ferrets. I wanted another RC after Koda (I know...but I did ) but they on;y have MF now so Kenai is a MF ferret. Look in his ear (I forget which one I would have to check Koda) and see if you can find a small black bar (like a capitol I, or lowercase L) tattoo. I look forwards to lots more pictures of this guy! Now you are makng me want a third ferret! And I don't want an odd-man out, so I'd have to get 4 at that point.... ;D CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having three doesn't necessarily make an odd man out. I have three and I haven't noticed anyone left out. All three seem to interact pretty equally even though I got Mango and Kiwi together first and then added Tonks.

He did have the bar tattoo in his ear. He is no longer with me though. Had to return him since he had jaw problems. This hurts.

It isn't fair. It isn't fair to the ferrets.. There has to be a way to put a stop to this.

There is, but it involves money and power, which is hard to come by

From what I gather it probably had something to do with his Panda colouring... Tests will tell though, they are getting them done.. He had some sort of jaw deformity...

I don't think so. I don't know. I don't want another ferret. I want Dex.

I can understand that. Depending on what the store finds out, they should let you have him back.
They shouldnt have let a ferret be sold with something like that, unless they mark his price down and let the buyers know >_<
I'd call them or go there and keep up to date on what they find out. If its something as simple as surgery, then as I said, they should give him back to you.

How come nobody noticed at the store? Isnt something like that so apparent? In the video you can see he was having a problem eating. Poor Dex ((((hugs for the mommy))))

They probably did but it's all about the bottom line. Why send him back when you can sell him?
