I would say yes, and I'm sure others with more knowledge will chime in. Reason being 1) not enough fat content for ferrets, 2) high amounts of salt and 3) high levels of mercury in fish. Since they primarily eat small mammals and insects in the wild, I would say a little fish, maybe once a week, is ok but alot is not.

Oskimosa is right. The toxin levels are just to high for a ferret's tiny body.

First thing, animals such as sharks need fat in their diet to survive, whales on the other hand from the same body, if we wear to match in comparison of size how much fat whales eat in one day with the equal of us eating that fat, it will kill us! As for the toxin level, totally right! I despise how toxic the ocean is. And if it wear possible for more people to have what it takes to clean the ocean and actual wanted to, it wouldn't be so bad. But yes, I would not intentionally do sea food only. But relay, less things in the sea have been destroyed. Theirs more their then just fish and we will never know what all is their until time ends and we get our answers. Just nothing endangered if it can be thought of.
