Hello,

I'm Heather, I was a brief member of the old forum and this new one as well...but ended up mostly lurking. I had tons of issues with my internet at the time, so I couldn't even get on here anymore! But I'm back, and need to get back to switching my ferrets to raw food. I was going good with my first ferret, an adorable little boy named Soul. But then got another total monster, a girl named Heart. [Yes, Heart and Soul ] She is extremely stubborn so I gave up for awhile.
But now I am pregnant [21 weeks!] and realized I really should start the switch NOW so I have time to convert them over before my little girl arrives and I don't have time to do anything

So I'll be around As much research as I did before I feel about as overwhelmed with all the information on raw feeding as I did in the very beginning! Hopefully I get back into the groove of it quicker than last time though

Glad to see you back, Why not post a thread in the raw feeding section for some advice on the twitch.

Congratulations on the prospect of having a wee skin kid Feel free to prowl the mentoring section to get some ideas on how to start up. There's a ton of information there for anyone to read up on, you just can't post to those threads. It's great information to bring back to your own post in the raw feeding section if you have any questions. Raw feeding isn't that complicated, convincing the wee ones that it's good for them is sometimes an entirely different matter

Why not sign up for a mentor? They will guide you through the entire switch. Welcome and congrats on the new furred baby and the soon-to-be new skin baby!

Welcome to the forum(again!) By all means, sign up for a mentor, but while you're waiting, start a thread in the "newbie questions" section of nutrition. That way, you can get a head start on the whole process

I am definitely gonna go through the raw feeding section carefully I started some last night and was like "oh yeahhh I remember how confused I was when I started this last time!" It'll all come back to me here soon though...I hope
