All eating soupies. What now?

All 3 of my ferrets are seeing the soupies as food when I give it to them. They are chowing down. Whats the next step to take? I'm still awaiting a mentor, so I'm unsure.

Should I start taking the kibble away? Should I start adding chunks?

First, bring it to a wet ground meat texture. When they are eating that well, then start adding slivers of meat to the wet ground
