Hi and welcome on board. First off, thank you for doing your research before getting your little one(s). Please prowl around, check out the threads, read posts, ask questions and most of all get involved, it`s the best way to learn. These little ones are a complicated pet and though cute not for everyone. Everyone here is friendly and more than happy to answer your questions, so don`t be shy. There is no such thing as a stupid question, except maybe the question that doesn`t get asked  I hope that I will be seeing you around. Good luck, have fun, make friends ciao |

Congrats on the mayhem you're about to invite into your home ;D
I recommend getting two, maybe litter or cage mates (so you know they get along). Having a single ferret is a handful and if you do get one, definitely read the "only ferret" thread I think in enrichment?
