would the bone be ok if i crushed it up, i dont remember what the rule of thumb is for bones

I don't see why not... just take a meat mallet or a clean hammer wrapped in a plastic bag to crush it up...

You can certainly try it. Although most weight bearing bones are too dense for most to eat, they can still get exercise by chewing the meat off the bone.

If nothing else they can get at the fat and marrow. It's great for their skin and coats ciao

Same thing for any bone they can't actually eat The marrow, etc, is great for them!

Mine wont' eat the turkey thigh bones, so I take the meats off and give my dogs a treat.
