My girl Luna her friend died recently, and have rescued a boy he is very sweet with me and both neutered. I wanted some tips on introductions I have done this numerous times before in the past but this time is difficult the boy is very aggressive. They are housed separately at the moment and have swapped bedding daily and have met through the bars for days. Now onto introductions in neutral space, and the new Boy Luka attacks Luna very aggressively, she is screaming and hisses and poop so separated immediately he is also leaving marks on her neck. Now everytime I put them together in neutral place she immediately hisses and screams at him. He also attacks her everytime in the same way and have to remove and separate immediately. I have kept trying small intros, then try again next day but my girl is terrified of him it seems with the screaming. Will this improve over time with the small intros and removing when gets bad and to just keep going?

This is drastic, and a one off for me. I brought 4 lb Jaffa and his 3 mates into my busyness of 5. Lil' Alice was 1.5 lb and Jaffa loved picking on her. She was smart, and quick and agile, and she wanted to be friends. Every time he got her in reach he would make her life h*ll throwing and dragging her around. Eventually I had enough. I pinned Jaffa to the floor and Alice went at him, mostly war dancing chirping and dooking but a few smacks and nips to his face. When I let Jaffa go, he slinked off in the opposite direction and there was never another conflict, and in fact, 2 days later they shared a bed, and often after that. It was amazing. They became besties.

You could keep trying but sometimes, some ferrets will not get along with other ferrets. Do you know if Luka was with other ferrets when you first got him?
