Well, it's finally happened. After being a ferret owner for almost a decade, I'm having my first experience with ECE.
We recently adopted 2 kits who turned out to be asymptomatic carriers of the virus. We did the standard quarantine protocol, but apparently we weren't careful enough, because our other 3 ferrets started showing symptoms a few days ago. They are all being treated with antibiotics, antiemetics, and fluids as needed. The diarrhea has stopped for my two boys, who already seem to have their appetites back, but my oldest girl has been hit the hardest. She's doing okay, all things considered, but I feel pretty guilty for bringing the virus into the house.
Any words of encouragement and/or your own experiences with helping your ferrets recover from ECE would be greatly appreciated.

It happens sometimes despite all precautions. Keep her well hydrated with extra soupies. If you search the forum for ECE, there is a lot of helpful info.

She just had some sub-q fluids this morning, and has been eating some Wysong kibble and raw chicken treats, which made me very happy to see. She's a tough old girl
