Hello.

I am new to the forums. I got my two ferrets, Rolo and Twix, from Petco about 7 months ago.
I took them off of the Marshalls food they push when you adopt them. I started with half Orijin Kitten kibble and raw food, but eventually switched the Orijin to Oxbow. They typically get raw ground chicken or beef. I have chicken livers and hearts once a week here and there. They were more raw meat intensive until a couple months ago when I switched to Oxbow. So I would do the organs once a week. Along with a bit of nutritional supplement. But now they adore their Oxbow food so I'll typically do raw for evenings and an organ once a week. I've tried a few other things such as rabbit, but they don't care for it too much. They've also gotten into my cats food here and there, but not too much. I try my best to make sure they can't get to her food. Things have been going pretty well. I've noticed some changes to poop color and consistency when making slight adjustments to their diet.
About almost a week ago, Rolo started having these very granola-bar looking poops. Large seedy poops. Very light brown in color.
I was able to bring a sample in to their vet, which by the time they were able to test it, they said it was too old and needed a fresh sample. The next day, I was working and my mother said she was able to get a fresh sample and bring it in.
The sample she got looked so much different. It was still somewhat seedy, but it looked a lot more normal. I figured maybe his poops were going back to normal, but then later that day he continues to have the larger, seedy poops that look like the first two images. So they sampled the stool from the image above and it came back negative for everything. Mind you, I've sent all of these images and concerns to my vet. She admitted to the stools not looking too right, but since the fecal sample she took came back negative, she doesn't seem worried.
Today, his poop was a strand of normal-ish looking dark poop and the end (or start) of it was just the white seedy pods making their way into every poop now.
I'm really worried about him. Twix is not having the same issue. They eat the same and do everything together. I've kept them both on just the Oxbow kibble for the past 4 days since I started to worry about their digestion and wanted to keep it easy on his digestive system. I'm not too sure what to think right now. Have any of you ever seen these kinds of stools? I was debating having them redo another fecal test with a more seedy sample, but the vet kept reassuring me that even though it didn't look like the other ones, it would give me the same result.
He is eating, drinking, playing, and sleeping like normal. But I've never seen an issue like this with his poops and the fact that it hasn't stopped in a week is making me worry. Any advice?
