Hiya! So it's been a while since I adopted Soapi (originally Sophie) from her owner around Februaryish! The two were separated for about a month, and would play sporadically through March, but as of the very end of April, they are bff's now. It's now June, so this pic is a lil older, but they are perfect buddies. Oatie (left) had some dominance play, but since she's so small, she didn't intimidate Soapi much. All poor Soapi wanted was cuddles 99% of the time when she first came to me. I don't know if it was sadness being in a new place, or that she was just fascinated at another ferret and she wanted to be friends, but she would not leave poor Oatie alone despite 200 hisses per day. But after Oatie got used to her, they are best buddies now. I never realized how tiny Oatie remained instead of growing. I've had her since August, and she's still stuck between a kit and a teenager. Soapi's younger than her, and still bigger, and also has a wider face, wherein Oatie's is more pointy like a mouse. The things you notice... Anyway, here's a pic of my adopted cutie. Soapi is an absolute kisser, and she LOVES attention. Aside from some doorway carpet digging (which I fixed by putting my bookshelf in front of the door she tends to do it at) I've had 0 problems with her. I am so glad I took her in from my coworker... this poor baby didn't deserve the shelter, she's an absolute DOLL.

They are so cute together. I'm glad that they're getting along. I had a tiny ferret before. I assumed that she was small because of a young age but she never really grew much and was a tiny little snuggle bug.
