Hi, looking for advice from any other owners! My Jill was mated on 6th March & 10th March, I know it's 42 days till she has her litter, but no sign as yet. She seems very low hanging but not huge in size, nesting her bedding and eating and drinking. How would I know if its a phantom? She's pruning herself and is very happy as normal. I thought I'd give her till Friday and the pop to the vet. What's everyone's thoughts please? Thank you.

You should have an ultrasound done. It is a good idea anyway so you know how many are in there if she IS pregnant. That way if you don't count the correct number of kits coming out, you know odds are high a C-section would be needed.

U/S is a good idea. Can you (gently) feel anything in her belly? they can go late, but it's not always good. some jills do go late the first time. Hoping for the best
