Cookie has a soft toy fox he drags around with him everywhere. It’s one of those long, floppy dog toys with no stuffing in the body. I believe it’s the one from the leaps and bounds brand after doing a little research, but I got it for him four years ago so I’m not completely sure. We jokingly call it his “son” as he is very protective of it and doesn’t like it when we borrow it to put it through the wash, or move it out of his hiding place. What’s your ferret’s favorite toy?

How cute! My ferrets don't really have one particular favorite toy... Huck loves all balls. Cat balls with bells, ping pong balls, etc. If it rolls, he will push it around with his nose like a seal, and then stash it away in his many hiding places he thinks I don't know about. 😂😂
Oliver loves dog toys with squeakers (which he's only allowed to play with under supervision). His favorite activity is digging in the rice box and attempting to make the biggest possible mess for me to sweep up. Haha
My new girl Scarlett seems disinterested in most toys, but she will chase a cat wand sometimes. She will also happily play with a towel or blanket if I shake it in front of her. That instantly activates her dook switch every time. 😊

His favorite activity is digging in the rice box and attempting to make the biggest possible mess for me to sweep up. Cookie also loves his rice dig box. My solution for the mess was to get a large plastic storage box with a lid and cut a ferret sized hole in the top with a hot knife (you can also use an x-acto knife heated with a lighter if you don’t have a hot knife). That way he can get in and kick the rice around to his heart’s content without a single piece of rice to vacuum off the carpet. Just make sure to sand or melt down any pointy bits after you cut the hole.

Als favorite toy is a purple snake. we call it his Snek.
I can remove it from his hiding spot all day long and he will keep putting it back there. He will eventually just lay on top of it to try and keep me from taking it, he will try and nip at me if I try and take it while he is laying on it. If I take it from him and not give it back to him he will come up to my legs and scratch and bite at them until I give it back.
It is older than he is. almost 7 years old and we cannot find another one like it, we have found other snakes but he just wants that one. it has holes in the head and the fabric is really thin there.

some of ours have never played with toys at all. Most but all like jingle balls. The consensus seems to be bags, either plastic or paper, with the plastic bag mostly because we don't get paper much.

Aww it’s so cute to hear everyone’s favorite toys. I totally understand the plight with the decaying purple snake. Cookie’s fox is also a little worse for wear, but I have a feeling that even though they’re still on the market, a new fox just wouldn’t be the same. Here’s hoping it survives another four years.

Winnipeg religiously stashes these round stuffed balls and a stuffed platypus, but never actually plays with them. Things he actually pushes around include a heavy resin seashell decoration, jingle balls, and a Burger King Simba wind up toy. Plastic bags are also a fave, he crawls in one and I swing it around for a few rounds and then set him free, he comes out dancing and dives back into the bag for another ride.

Charlie has a favourite teddy bear that he stashes. I just leave it stashed most of the time but occasionally I pull out all his stuffed toys and make a pile and he stashes them all, but I think the bear is his favourite. He also likes to play in plastic bags.
He also likes those large cardboard tubes that you put posters in. He goes in and I pick him up and place the end of the tube in one place he turns around right away and dives back into the tube, I move it to a new location he climbs out and turns around and dives back in and we move again to a new spot. We do that several times. lol He seems to like that tube more then those really long Marshall tubes.

Luna's favorite toy is a baby rattle..we have many of them in same shape and she behaves like they are her children...she is obsessed. She gives us a sharp eye whenever she thinks we are near to move them from their secret place...under my bed.
It is funny. Because she is not behave like that with the rest of her toys.

we also have a jingle ball knotted into along cors that ALL of the males have loved. We got it at the Bash a few years ago. the first thing they want to do when the see/hear it is steal and stash. but they only think to hide the ball and not the cord, lol
