Im Mel, I landed to the HFF by recommendations from Instagram & Facebook since Im looking to learning more about raw feeding and start switching my babies to raw before it is too late! I know I should've done it when they were babies. I kind of tried once but gave up, but now im fully convinced that it wil take patience and perseverance but I want my babies to be healthy in a long happy life. I have 2 beautiful fuzzies. Noru 2.5 years & Hiro 1.9 years (Japanese names). They are so far healthy, playful and full of character. Hope to get guidance on how to transition cause they are both very stubborn.

Hi Mel and welcome to the forum. Here is some reading first. holisticferretforum.com/natural-diet/raw-diet-the-meat-of-the-site/You can make a switching thread, and people will chime in and help you as you transition your ferrets. May want to start on the soupie first. Yeah, it takes perseverance. Just have to be more stubborn than them about the situation:) Feel free to ask as many questions as u need to.

Thanks so much all! caitmonster yes, they are the ones from the profile photo. Noru is the brown one and HIro the Sable one. On average how long did it take you to transition the soup? For them to eat soup and then how long on average where they eating soup before you started adding chunks? I'll continue to the links you shared! Stay safe!

Each ferret will take to it at their own pace. Some you can start adding chunks right away, or there are scared of the soup and need time to adjust to it and start eating it regularly before moving on
