Photo Contest Rules- PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING

Thought I'd already written this up, but can't find it anywhere 
Oh well, here we go again ;D
1. One picture per entrant. Any more than one by contest end will result in all entries being pulled from the contest. You are, however, allowed to change your picture prior to the poll being opened.
2. No photoshopping, altering, or otherwise giving an unfair advantage to those who know how to do this, unless otherwise stated in that month's contest
3. Entering a picture in the monthly photo contest gives implicit permission to use that picture in a yearly calendar developed by members of this forum. These pictures will not be used elsewhere, nor will the entrant's name or other information be used without written permission by the entrant.
4. Photos entered in the contest must have been taken by the person entering, you may not use photos found over the internet or belonging to another individual, even if you have the individual's permission.
