I have locked down the mentoring program as we work on creating a newer version on google classroom. As sad as it is, the forum platform is dying. We are one of the very few animal forums still semi active. Until the new version is up and running, please feel welcome to start your own post in diet transitions.

We're trying to get the new one up and running. We realise that the people who've tried and worked at the program have found it works very well but unfortunately so many can no longer get the forum to work on their phones.

I've survived the passing of over 2 dozen ferret forums, was mod on 3 and inherited 2 as admin. I'll be one of the last posters here if this one fades...

I still prefer forums and browse on a PC. I'll also be one of the last to leave the forum platform.

I also like the forum platform  However for the mentoring program it simply isn't practical. For the rest however, it will be here for as long as needed. |

Wow, that's too bad! I like this forum. I did notice that not too many people are on here. It seems once they get going and know a lot more they move on. I'm always browsing on here and reading other people's stories. I'll still hang around here!

The forum works for me too I will so sad to see it end as for phones no way lol it took my son a year to learn mom copy and paste on here lol I do have a phone I dont use it other people call me I can answer but thats about it on mobile phones lol

From my understanding the forum will continue to be run and monitored. It's just become too difficult or too much of a problem for phone users to use it for mentoring  This has been a constant complaint and people have been giving it as a reason not to continue with the mentoring program on here. ciao |

I'm currently on a phone and agree it's tough. That being said, i love the format here and reading isn't too bad with the phone. Posting though is difficult and to do the mentoring with only a phone is prohibitive. I'm glad you're looking into an alternative and I'm confident that you'll be diligent in finding the best option to continue helping people like us help our ferrets.
