Welcome!
Kidneys are a great organ to add to your livers. You are right -- keep getting the hearts as well. Other meats to consider would be duck, quail or lamb.
How is it going working on weening off the soup? Will they eat slivers of meat? small chunks?

They have actually gotten off the soup and have been eating the meat for about 3 weeks doing great! They are still adjusting to the bone they will eat the meat off but not the bone so may need to smash them a little

Hey johna25, it seems you've already got the ball rolling pretty well. Do you mind posting up a menu of what your guys currently are eating? Use the following method: Try to include in brackets what kind of meal it is, makes it easier to keep your count of each kind of meal without accidentally missing one. Monday AM: Chicken Wings (Bone-In) Monday PM: Hearts Tuesday AM: Duck Neck (Bone-In) Tuesday PM: Goat (Muscle) etc. Here's the link to the video on smashing up bone if you need it. holisticferret60.proboards.com/thread/18359/smashing-bone-beginner-ferretsAnd as Leanne mentioned above, quail would be a very good option to add into their menu. Quail has nice soft, small bones that work very well for introducing bone-in meals as well.
